AR-15 Platform Compatibility

Our AR-15 FRT systems are designed to work with mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers and are compatible with:

• Standard mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers
• 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington chamberings
• Carbine and rifle-length gas systems
• Most aftermarket triggers guards and grips
• Standard buffer systems (carbine, rifle, and adjustable)

Note: Some billet receivers or receivers with non-standard trigger pocket dimensions may require fitting. Contact us if you have questions about your specific build.

AK-47 Platform Compatibility

Our AK-47 FRT systems are compatible with most standard AK pattern rifles, including:

• AKM and AK-47 pattern rifles
• 7.62x39mm chambering
• Standard stamped and milled receivers
• Most imported and domestic AK variants
• Fixed and folding stock configurations

Note: AK-74 (5.45x39mm) and other caliber variants may require specific models. Please verify compatibility before ordering.

Installation Requirements

Professional installation is recommended. Basic gunsmithing tools required include:

• Punch set (1/16", 3/32", 1/8")
• Hammer (brass or nylon recommended)
• Screwdriver set
• Trigger pull gauge (for testing)
• Function testing dummy rounds

Not Compatible With

• AR-10 / .308 pattern rifles (different trigger pocket dimensions)
• AR-9 / pistol caliber carbines (requires specific model)
• Non-standard or proprietary lower receivers
• Rifles with electronic or binary trigger systems installed
